KaiserWear&trade; Ltd. (NYSE: KWEA) issued 51,937 stock shares today (Wednesday), in a grand IPO celebrated by all employees.<br/> At present time, 51,935 shares are held by the executive staff, until a further date in which several shares will be handed to select employees. Price per share stands at around $0.000298766, but our fingers are crossed.

The KaiserWear&trade; executive staff spent around 20,000 shares on a waitress tip today (Wednesday). This was while celebrating the company's recent IPO at a restaurant near KaiserWear's Tel-Aviv offices in Israel.<br/> The tip was preceded by a brief ad-hoc executive staff meeting in which the share worth to be handed to the waitress was debated. Eventually the amount was settled at 20,000.<br/> I would like to take this chance to let our dear investors know that no penalty will be inflicted on their investments, as we are about to increase the number of shares dramatically in the near future.

We have just published KaiserWear's financial forecast for Q5 2008. The first four quarters of 2008 were dedicated to improving our financial status and preparing for the recent IPO, including Q3 which was concluded in a $15 loss. We have, therefore, decided to dedicate the fifth quarter to actually reach the annual profit goal we have set forth, standing around $1,500,000,000.<br/><img src="images/q52008.png"/>

The Triathlon, which has been held for almost ten years now, is solely sponsored by KaiserWear, and gives us the opportunity to support athletes from around the world.<br/> The contestants underwent 1.5km of swimming, 40km of cycling and eventually a 10km run to the finishing line. On behalf of KaiserWear, we thank all participants, and congratulate the winner!
